ABOUT JENNIFER

Welcome! I am Jennifer.

I believe that therapy is a space where you can feel seen, heard, and valued—perhaps in ways you haven’t experienced before. In my practice, I’ll meet you exactly where you are, working at your pace and comfort level. Together, we’ll create a space built on trust, compassion, and openness, where you can safely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.

You might be here because something feels off—maybe you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know you’re not alone. Therapy isn’t about fixing you because you’re not broken. It’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, uncover new possibilities, and make empowered choices for the life you deserve.

My Approach

I work from a place of curiosity and respect, believing that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you slow down, breathe, and gain clarity when things feel chaotic or unmanageable. Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep you stuck and the emotions that feel overwhelming, with the goal of helping you feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered.

As a Level 1 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, I approach therapy with the understanding that we all have different parts within us—some that protect us, some that carry pain, and some that hold our deepest wisdom. IFS helps us get to know these parts with compassion, allowing for healing and greater self-understanding. Whether I’m working with individuals or couples, I focus on celebrating your strengths, fostering self-awareness, and supporting meaningful change.
